DenglerLang presents integrated manufacturing solutions at Tube 2026

A holistic approach instead of individual machines: At “Tube” in Düsseldorf, DenglerLang is introducing a new exhibition concept, placing the entire process solution at centre stage.

The developer and manufacturer of customised production systems from Witten will, for the first time at this year’s trade fair, present itself without a traditional machine exhibit. Instead, the company is focusing on its core expertise: the development and implementation of complete manufacturing processes – from the initial idea through to the finished component.

Expertise brought together organisationally
As part of a strategic realignment, the expertise of the brands Dengler Tube Tec, Lang Tube Tec and Dengler Engineering has been brought together under the umbrella of DenglerLang GmbH.

The three brands will continue to operate independently in the market and communicate via their existing websites. DenglerLang GmbH acts as the organisational unit in the background. A dedicated website is not planned, as customer communication will continue via the established brands.

The closer integration of engineering, mechanical engineering and plant design has created significantly expanded development potential. Today, DenglerLang delivers complete, customised manufacturing solutions – from the initial concept through to commissioning.

More than tube bending. Complete solutions from a single source
Alongside the continued development of existing and proven tube bending machines, a new level of capability has been achieved that goes far beyond bending.

The focus is no longer on individual machines, but on integrated process solutions. DenglerLang is presenting this approach at Tube 2026 with a new stand concept. Two large projection surfaces and a lounge area replace the traditional machine exhibit. A real customer project is showcased, currently being documented on film.

The reasoning is clear: bending is the company’s DNA. However, the solution begins long before and only ends with a component ready for installation.

From tube to ready-to-install product
The project being presented exemplifies DenglerLang’s current approach: fully integrated production lines replacing isolated processing steps.

The automated system on display links multiple processes into a continuous material flow. These include feeding and separation, weld seam detection, CNC tube bending, straightening, cutting and deburring, as well as calibration and forming. The process is complemented by automated handling and discharge.

The result is a ready-to-install component produced in a single pass, without manual intermediate steps. This reduces cycle times and sustainably minimises process risks.

Digital planning creates certainty
A key element of project development is digital planning prior to realisation.

Before a system is built, it is created digitally. Robot simulations and 3D layouts make material flow, cycle times and output measurable in advance. The real system therefore follows a validated production model.

For operators, this means predictable performance, reduced commissioning risks and a faster start to production.

Simple operation despite complex systems
Despite the high level of integration, operation remains deliberately simple.

Programmes can be imported via structured datasets without requiring in-depth machine expertise. This reduces dependence on specialists and enables stable production capacities over many years.

Trade fair presence makes engineering visible
The 2026 trade fair appearance deliberately dispenses with hardware.

Instead, DenglerLang demonstrates virtually and visually how a manufacturing solution is created – from planning and simulation through to the running production process. The film makes visible what would otherwise remain hidden.

The true value lies not in a single bending machine, but in mastering the entire process chain.

Dialogue at the heart of the exhibition presence
At the stand, DenglerLang invites visitors to engage in discussions about specific manufacturing challenges and individual solutions in a calm and relaxed setting.

The focus is not on machine models, but on customised, end-to-end solutions. Experts from sales, engineering and project planning will be available for discussions.
